G.P.S. Ltd can provide track maps to almost any file format requested. The track co-ordinates can be referenced to a fixed origin point (as is our usual practice) or relative to their position on the earth.

Track Survey

A Track Survey consists of a survey of the complete track surface, all the kerbs, paint lines and an outline of the pit lane. The track is surveyed in five rings including an inside and outside boundary, a centre line and two quarter lines. Click here to see an example of part of a completed track survey.

Full Feature Survey

A full feature survey includes the positions of all the tracks features such as walls, gravel traps and runs off areas as well as the all the track data included in a track survey. Click here to see an example of part of a completed full feature survey.
